Registration and cost

Registration deadlines

Early registration deadline May 23, 2007.

Late registration deadline June 9, 2007.

Payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) and bank transfer (all transaction costs must be paid by the payer). We do not accept cheques. Instructions regarding payment (incl. a reference you must quote) appear in the electronic invoice you will receive upon registration.

The registration fees are listed in the following table.
The Estonian currency EEK is pegged to EUR at the rate of 1 EUR = 15.6466 EEK.

Main fees

TESTCOM-FATES conference fee includes the overall organization cost, one copy of TESTCOM-FATES LNCS proceedings, one copy of TESTCOM-FATES short papers proceedings, one ticket to reception, one ticket to banquet, 3 lunches (June 27 -June 29). In addition one is free to attend the lectures of interest of the FORTE program. A copy of FORTE proceedings can be ordered separately.

FORTE conference fee includes the overall organization cost, one copy of FORTE LNCS proceedings, one ticket to reception, one ticket to banquet, 3 lunches (June 27 -June 29). In addition one is free to attend the lectures of interest of the TESTCOM-FATES program. A copy of TESTCOM-FATES proceedings can be ordered separately.

Tutorial Day fee includes the overall organization cost and lunch on June 26.

Students must send the conference organisers along with payment a copy of student id (either fax or email to ).

For regular participants, there is a limited number of fee reduction grants available. Please write an e-mail with the request to testcom-fates07 (at) ioc.ee.

For students, there is limited number of travel support grants available. The details of application are available here.

Social programme

Social events are included in TESTCOM-FATES and FORTE fees.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation with 100 pct refund (minus IoC's bank costs) is possible until the early deadline May 23, 2007.

Cancellation with 75 pct refund (minus IoC's bank costs) is possible until the late deadline June 9, 2007.

No refund after the late deadline June 9, 2007.
