The current membership of the research council of the Institute of Cybernetics was nominated by the decree No. 76 of May 11, 2016 of the rector of TUT. decree No. 128 of April 30, 2013 of the rector of TUT.
The research council consists of 13 members:

The duties of the secretary of the research council are performed by Eve Kann, project administrator of the software science laboratory of IoC.
The current membership of the research council is appointed until IoC reorganisation as institution within TUT structural reform but no longer than until December 31, 2017. The mandate of this membership of the research council is valid until TUT Rector certifies the new research council election results.
