On the occasion of IoC's Anniversary we have prepared postal stamps devoted to two persons very important to our Institute:

• Nikolai Alumäe - founder of IoC and the first Director 1960-69, on Sept. 12 would have turned 95
  
• Boris Tamm - Director of IoC 1969-76, on June 23 would have turned 80
